Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery within Ottawa via Uber Collect. Delivery fees and shipping rates apply based on your location.
What are the areas you serve?
We currently only serve the Ottawa area.
What is your return/refund policy?
*PICKUP ORDERS*
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
*DELIVERY ORDERS*
*Incorrect address –* If product has not been received due to a wrong or incomplete shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
*Failed delivery attempts* – If the order has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven’t collected it, and it gets returned, then we can’t offer a refund or replacement.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for orders that have left our facility, we are not liable for any damage that occurs once orders have been dispatched.
Can I place a Catering order through the website?
Yes, you can. Simply fill this form and we will get back to you. You can also email us directly at veeskitchenn@gmail.com
What type of payment options do you offer?
You may make payment via Interac e-Transfer to veeskitchenn@gmail.com.
Do you do same-day orders?
No we do not. We have a 48hr minimum lead time.
How can I confirm my catering order?
Payment in full is required for confirmation of all catering orders at least 24 hrs before service date.
Is there a minimum order amount for same day delivery orders?
Yes. The minimum order is $15.
